Ms. Beasley joined R&G in November, 2003 as a legal nurse consultant for a large mass tort project. In April 2005, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources. Ms. Beasley was appointed Chief Operating Officer of R&G in September 2011 and continues to serve in this position. As COO of R&G, she is responsible for managing the day to day operations by providing leadership that mirrors the core values of R&G.
She graduated from the Husson College Eastern Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1990. Immediately upon graduation, she accepted a direct commission as an officer in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps where she proudly served her country both at home and abroad for eight years. While in the Air Force she completed a six month rotation with the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General and followed by a six month internship in the Office of Equal Opportunity. Her nursing background includes Emergency Room, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical/Surgical and Flight Nursing.
Ms. Beasley completed her Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management at Troy State University and then went on to receive a Certificate in Organizational Management at The George Washington University in Washington DC. She is currently an instructor in both the nursing and health care administration programs for Grand Canyon University as an adjunct faculty member. As a volunteer, she has served on the Arizona Foster Care Review Board.
She has been a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) for over 10 years. Ms. Beasley has participated in presentations for AALNC at national conferences and the local Phoenix Chapter of AALNC. She is very active nationally providing online presentations for LNCC review courses in 2012 and 2013 and 2015. She became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC) in 2005, renewing her certification in 2010. Ms. Beasley is also an active member of the Phoenix Chapter of AALNC and was the 2013 – 2014 Treasurer.
