R&G can use client-provided authorizations or R&G’s HIPAA-compliant format, which provides a detailed account of the records/items being sought. Only after exhausting all possible sources for obtaining documents will an “affidavit of no records” be provided.
R&G can prepare and issue subpoenas on our client’s behalf once all necessary information is obtained. We handle all filing and fees–contract process servers in the area can also be located to ensure timely receipt. Records can be delivered to your office or R &G headquarters if additional services (i.e. scanning or nurse consulting services are requested). Having records shipped to R&G will reduce multiple shipping costs.
