Ms. Smith is the Director of Staff Development at R&G. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wichita State University and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Phoenix. Her background in nursing includes critical care and nursing administration

Ms. Smith worked as a managing analyst at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP in Kansas City for 10 years before moving to Arizona. Carol then accepted a position as Corporate Ethics and Compliance Manager for University Physicians Healthcare in Tucson. Ms. Smith is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC) and a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
