Aggregate Litigation - Quality Improvement Coordinator

Ms. Welp joined R&G in August of 2004 as a mass tort project Nurse Analyst. Effective April 2007, Ms. Welp was appointed the Aggregate Litigation Quality Improvement Coordinator. She has more than 17 years of nursing experience in Critical Care, Home Health Care, Hospice and Telephone Triage. Her experience includes both patient care and management roles.

She attended the University of Evansville and earned both her BSN in 1990 and MSN in Nursing Administration in 1994. She has often been called upon by her employers to serve in relief management roles and to mentor colleagues.

As Quality Improvement Coordinator, Ms. Welp is responsible for assuring the quality of the work products submitted to R&G's clients and ensures compliance with R&G's high standards. Her organizational and supervisory skills are valuable assets to our nurse analyst teams.

Ms. Welp is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
