Lead Project Paralegal
Ms. Livingston joined R&G in 2003 to provide paralegal support to a large mass tort project. In 2006, she was promoted to Lead Project Paralegal and currently assists with oversight of all legal research, preparation of legal documents, subpoena services and audits of complex billing records. She also supports the controller with accounts receivables and reports directly to the CEO.
Her prior work history includes a position as a Legal Assistant for the State of Arizona, providing litigation research in environmental law and drafting legal documents. She implemented new legislation into policy manuals, conducted title searches and communicated with public agencies (county, municipal and state government) in response to public information requests.
She also served as Director of Operations for Seracon Medical Claims Processing in Arizona. She supervised staff, maintained database tracking for clients, prepared monthly billings, transmitted medical claims electronically to Medicare and interfaced with insurance companies and medical providers.
Ms. Livingston obtained a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Education and Elementary Education from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 1978. In 1999, she completed a certificate program as a Legal Assistant which is recognized by the American Bar Association. In June 2006, she completed her Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ.
