Information Technology Manager / Database Administrator

Mr. Oldham joined R&G Global Legal Solutions, LLC as the full time Information Technology Manager / Database Administrator in May 2006. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of the Air Force. Mr. Oldham received his CompTIA's (Computer Technology Industry Association) Network+ ® Certification (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting networking hardware, protocols and services) as well as his A+ ® Certification (installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance networking and security). Mr. Oldham has also completed his Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification.

A native of Arizona, Mr. Oldham is a retired Air Force Tech Sergeant who has traveled extensively around the world, including tours of duty in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq and nine years at Royal Air Force Base Mildenhall, UK where he served as a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape specialist with the 352nd Special Operations Group.

Mr. Oldham possesses extensive knowledge of technology and electronics. He was instrumental in the development of the rescue radio presently used by US Air Force pilots. His expertise provided a logical transition to his IT role with R&G.

In Mr Oldham's role as Information Technology Manager / Database Administrator, he leads the research, development and implementation of all company software, hardware and technical training. He has expertise in litigation support software to include: inData's Trial Director ® , Doculex, LAW, CT Summation and many other litigation support software. His in-depth knowledge of Microsoft® XP Professional products: (Power Point, Excel, Access, Publisher, Picture Manager, Paint, Media Player, Word); Macromedia's Adobe® Acrobat® and Techsoft's PixEdit® allows R&G to meet our client's varied work product, coding and conversion requests. Mr. Oldham also directly supervises all Document Specialists and provides oversight of all scanning pertaining to medical/legal casework as well as non-medical documents.
