Bethany Checketts, BSN, RN, LNCC

Ms. Checketts joined R&G in April 1997. Her nursing background includes Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Recovery Room, Cardiovascular Nursing, Trauma, Neurology and Home Health Nursing. She has also been an LPN Clinical instructor.

Since joining R&G, she has worked as a nurse reviewer for case screenings, medical malpractice and personal injury. Ms. Checketts served in a supervisory capacity for a mass tort product liability project. Her broad nursing background and extensive knowledge of nursing standards of care lend her the ability to act as an expert witness for critical care, medical/surgical and home health cases.

As Director of R&G Global Legal Solutions, Ms Checketts is responsible for managing daily operational and administrative activities of the company's document retrieval and imaging services. This includes record retrieval, imaging, archiving, security and disaster recovery. She ensures compliance with all applicable copyright standards, as well as HIPAA regulations as they apply to litigation and medical records management.

Ms. Checketts is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel College in St Paul, MN in May 1991. Her exceptional organizational skills and leadership ability are invaluable assets to both R&G Medical Consultants, Inc and R&G Global Legal Solutions. She is Legal Nurse Consultant Certified by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (LNCC).
