Janice Galyean, RN, LNCC
Client Relations Manager

Ms. Galyean was appointed Client Relations Manager for R&G in July, 2005. She has an extensive background in nursing, serving in various clinical settings since 1992, including Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Cardiac and Medical-Surgical Intensive Care, Burn and Wound Care and Home Health Care. Her background as a Resident Coordinator and Case Manager also enhanced her already proactive style and organizational skills.

She has been in the Legal Nurse Consulting field since 2000, working both independently and with a prominent Phoenix law firm. Ms. Galyean's primary role as Client Relations Manager is focused on building cooperative and professional relationships with both existing clients and with our growing client base. Ms Galyean joined R&G to assess and respond to client requests and feedback.

Ms Galyean represents R&G at local and national conferences. She is also a vital liaison to the legal, pharmaceutical and insurance industries, assisting them with determining and facilitating their varied medical-legal litigation support needs. She is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and of Toastmasters International. She is Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC).
