Chief Product Officer

Ms. Plate joined R&G in August of 2003 as a nurse analyst and was recently appointed to the position of Chief Product Officer. Prior to this appointment she served as Project Director and Director of the Aggregate Litigation Division.

Ms. Plate has more than 25 years of nursing experience in critical care and post anesthesia recovery, working both at the bedside and in leadership roles. She attended the University of Arizona and earned an AD in Applied Science from County College of Morris in New Jersey. Ms. Plate studied business management at Farleigh Dickinson University as well as nursing at The University of Phoenix. She has held specialty certifications in both critical care (CCRN) and post anesthesia (CPAN) and has served as a Director of Critical Care and Post Anesthesia Care Units. She completed an advanced management training course with the Eastman Kodak Company. She is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and is certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC).
