CEO and President

Since 1992, Rosie Oldham has served as founder, president and CEO of R&G. R&G provides comprehensive legal nurse consulting, record retrieval and scanning services to pharmaceutical companies, insurance carriers and law firms internationally. In 1998, Rosie Oldham pioneered the role of the "technical nurse consultant". R&G provides this specialized litigation support utilizing nurses with exceptional technical skills to develop and present computer generated exhibits (demonstrative evidence) in the courtroom and settlement venues.

In 2004, she established R&G Global Legal Solutions, the record retrieval, scanning and information management portion of her company. Ms. Oldham has been an active registered nurse since 1981 and has been credentialed as a Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified (LNCC) by the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC). She has also served as president (2001-2002) for AALNC and continues to be active in the Organization. Her nursing background includes Director of Nursing, Risk Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator for a children's psychiatric hospital and residential treatment program, Director of Nursing for a home health care agency and many years in leadership roles in both medical surgical areas as well as psychiatric and chemical dependency settings. Being a leader in her field, Ms. Oldham speaks nationally on a variety of medical legal issues to nursing and paralegal organizations, bar associations and physician groups. Rosie Oldham has served as a mentor to many nurses pursuing the legal nurse consulting field through one-on-one communications and web-hosted events. She has also appeared on various radio and television shows promoting the use of the internet for medical/legal research.

Ms. Oldham is a contributing author to many medical legal articles and textbooks. In 1997, she established R&G Press and self-published the 1st edition of the Medical Legal Internet Directory containing more than 3000 websites for medical legal research. The 2nd edition of this directory was published in 2000 by Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company, Inc, consisting of more than 4000 web sites. This directory has been heralded as a distinguished research tool for medical and legal case issues. In 2004, the 3rd edition was published on CD (also by Lawyers & Judges Publishing Company).

In February 2003, Ms.. Oldham was presented the National Leadership Award as an honorary Co-Chairman from the State of Arizona for the Business Advisory Council to the White House. In January 2005, Ms. Oldham was named business woman of the year from Arizona for the Business Advisory Council to the White House for 2004. She has participated in conference calls and congressional hearings to promote a pro-business agenda including tax reform and fiscal responsibility. Ms. Oldham was also awarded the 2006 Congressional Medal of Distinction for outstanding leadership in business and contributions to the local economy by the Business Advisory Council to the White House.

Ms. Oldham is an accomplished speaker in her field. She has spoken numerous times at AALNC National Education Conferences and she was selected to deliver the April 2007 closing keynote, entitled, "Navigating Today's Business Challenges and Technical Environment". Ms. Oldham was awarded the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants "Member of the Year" in April 2007.
